Cannot create login to access MyAT&T and cancel Autopay

Hi! My name is Daniela and I have 2 prepaid phones. I was a visiting scholar in New Mexico for 4 months and I have just gotten back to my country. I wanted to cancel my accounts and I read online that in order to that I just had to cancel AutoPay. However, I do not have a login for my main account and the website doesn’t allow me to create a new ID, I don’t know why. I already tried to use 3 different browsers and the app. I hope you can help me solve this problem.

My next payment is due Dec 23rd and I would like to cancel before that date, since I am not going to be in the US to use the service.

Thank you in advance,

Hi @danielasf,

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having trying to cancel your accounts. To make changes like this, you will have to call us: 800.901.9878. Our forums team is unable to assist with Prepaid related items.

@danielasf You do not use MyATT to manage prepaid. You do that by going to https://www.paygonline.com/websc/loginPage.html. Your initial pin is the last 4 digits of your phone number. However, it might not be possible to manage your prepaid account from your country. Management of a prepaid account from outside the US is normally blocked. If you can’t login, your options are to get your bank to block the charge or call as suggested above.

@sandblaster  I was wondering how ChrisZ expects the OP to call the 800 number from out of the USA.   🤔.
