Canceling Pre Paid from Another country (Brazil)
I already tried every soingle number i found, but i no phone can help. i just want to cancel my prepaid, im not in the US and i dont have the pin, so it's impossible to get it. I have the chip with me, has all the numbers on it, thats all i can prove that thats phone line, i just want to cancel

To cancel prepaid, just stop paying. To stop autopay, your only options if you can’t access your account are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you call, call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive.
