We do understand how important it is to use the phone of your liking on our prepaid service. Yes, you are able to use the new iPhone 14 on prepaid.
As @Constructive stated, iPhone 13 do not use physical SIM cards. Once you purchase your plan and ready to activate service you will need to visit your local AT&T Store to get a QR code to get your new eSIM.

Thank you but will my prepaid sim card work if I do buy one from the apple store I have never been and I'm just curious

No because the iPhone 14 is esim only, it will not take your prepaid SIM card. What you will need to do is get your prepaid number activated on an esim by going to an ATT store.
