Can i get a refund?
I bought the 65$ max pre paid plan to use with an existing phone I already have. My phone is listed under phones that are compatible with the at&t service. I activated the sim card online and choose the plan I wanted and paid for the month of service, turns out my phone will not work with at&t so I've paid for service I cannot use. Can I be refunded for it?

No, there is no refund for prepaid.

The prepaid bring your own phone website recommends that you check your IMEI, did you?

Thank you to our ACEs for stepping in to help.
What Fl_retire stated is true, we are unable to refund Prepaid service as per our terms & conditions. We do want to check if your device will work on our network, to do so we'll need your device make & model.
Also, let us know if your device is unlocked or if its AT&T carrier locked. Here is the list of unlocked devices that will work on our network and the AT&T devices that are compatible to our network.
