Calling Card

I added minutes to my calling card and checked my credit card to see if the charge posted! Yes, it did! Today I wanted to use my calling card and it is telling me I've no minutes. Checked my credit card statement and there wasn't  an AT&T charge anymore. What is going on? Please reply! Thank you in advance for your help!

this is a customer populated forum not at&t support so at&t wont reply to your post you just need to keep trying to call them
