Block unwanted calls
I have At&T prepaid and I receive about 4 scam calls a day from the same area code (352). I blacklist every number but every number is changed by one or two digits so the call still rings through. I googled one of the numbers and it came up as New Cingular Wireless as the provider. How do I get the calls to stop?

I’m sorry to hear you have been experiencing an issue with spam calls. I would be more than happy to assist you with this today!
We have a wonderful application called AT&T Call Protect. This application can assist you with with automatically blocking spam numbers. There are also other self-services options such as registering your phone at www.donotcall.gov. To assist with preventing spam calls from specific agencies.To register by phone, call 1-888-382-1222 (voice) or 1-866-290-4236 (TTY). You must call from the phone number you wish to register.
