Autopay fails every month
I have an AT&T prepaid service with autopay enabled. I have been using this service for 2+ years.
I see that Autopay is failing every month. My service is interrupted till I make an additional payment in addition to the payment of my chosen plan.
I am asked to pay $12 extra every month.
What is happening? There is no way to raise this issue through my AT&T internet account.
This is plain extortion from the customers. AT&T advertises a price and then they demand you to pay extra for restoring the service.
Every month I am calling up the customer service.
