AutoPay enrollment is currently unavailable?

So my issue is just as the title says, every month when I try to pay my bill, an error pops up when i try to set up autopay "AutoPay enrollment is currently unavailable. Please try your request again in 2 days."  Which has been the case for the past several months.  Thanks in advance for any help!

I’m sorry to hear you have been having this inconvenience with AutoPay! I can definitely understand how upsetting that can be, I know I personally would be late on all of my bills without it! Let’s take a look and see what might be causing this!

Do you want to set it up for a postpaid or prepaid (GoPhone) account?

When trying to set up through a PC, I recommend clearing the cache of your browser and testing it with another Internet browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

As a last resort, have you tried using the automated hotline to set it up as an alternative? You can do that by calling 800.901.9878 and following the prompts to AutoPay.
