Auto Refill Question
Hello all -
I would like to set up my daughters go phone account on auto refill each month but I am worried it will charge me now and not on her May 9th renew date. If I set it up now, will it wait and charge me on May 8th for a May 9th renewal or will it charge me now and give me a new renewal date?
Any help will be appreciated!

I’d be happy to help answer your GoPhone refill concerns! I can confirm that enrolling in Auto Refill now would not immediately bill you. It will deduct the required amount at the renewal date to keep the account and plan active. For more information, check out our Auto Refill article!
