At&t prepaid hotspot for ACP approved famies

After jumping through hoops for over a week on the National Verifier Website my family was approved for the ACP benefit. I followed the instructions on At&t's website and submitted my application with all info exactly as was listed on the Federal website. I got a notification that my application was submitted. That i would be contacted through call or text within 48 hours. That was Tuesday and today is now Friday. I submitted all the information again this morning since it had been over 48 hours and I had not been contacted to get a SIM or plan established. I called the number listed on the pamphlet I received at my local store and was on hold for 1 1/2 hours. I am beyond frustrated having tried the only two options open for communication for customers trying to get ACP benefits. What else can I do?

Hi RettaB! We are here to address your Affordable Connectivity Program(ACP) inquiry!

We are sorry to hear that you experienced long wait time when attempting to speak to the ACP department. At this time, only our AT&T Prepaid ACP department will be able to further assist you with your ACP benefits at 866-986-0963.

Please do not re-enroll on the ACP program since you are already approved. This is to avoid any delays that may come with multiple enrollments.

We hope this is helps! Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums!

Just an FYI, AT&T shut down its 3-g Network on Tuesday, and they have lines out the door getting people set up with phones because they didn't get their phone replaced early enough.
