AT&T PREPAID billed twice problem

I have been using AT&T PREPAID service for the past few months but discovered that I was billed twice in mid-march. I want to ask about how or why this happened and hopefully request a refund. I am unable to call customer services because I am abroad and could not find an email address that I can use to reach customer service. I would appreciate assistance to this problem. Thank you.

This forum is not customer support. Sorry, ATT does not do customer support via email. There is no email address. Your only option for prepaid support is to call. Prepaid also generally does not refund. No guarantee you’ll get one but the only way to get one is to call.
