att prepaid $50.00 refilled card

i just purchased this card and when i scratched the gray area to get the pin number the last set of numbers was not there . please help i dont have any means of purchasing anotherrefill card

To better assist with your prepaid refill card, we recommend you contact our prepaid department on 611 (free from your AT&T device) or 800-901-9878 from any other device.
