AT&T are CROOKS

I would like to encourage everyone not to do business, with AT&T, pre paid cell services. It is a complete rip off, and AT&T, are taking peoples hard earned money and profiting off it. I’ve had an account with AT&T for over 3 years now; I’ve always maintained a balance of over $150.00. The phone was an emergency phone that I kept in my glove box. With all that has transpired, I remove the phone from my truck, to make sure everything was still functional. I had just check the balance in January, 2020, and it was over $150.00, in the account I had over $150.00, in my prepaid account, and AT&T, said my money expired because, I did not add money to the account. AT&T = Crooks!!
