AT & T Cheats Roll Over Data
My data rate refresh every month around the 12 and payment is made anywhere from the 7 to the 10th.
I usually have about 2 gigs of high speed data left at the end of the month, which would just roll over to next month.
Why is AT&T dropping my high speed data to 750 when the end of the month comes and than it drops to 250 as payment time closes in the next month?
I'm not even using my hotspot at this time and no other devices are connecting to it and no, apps are not connecting in the background either. Normal system internet connection do not drain MBs of data, so that's ruled out.
I pay for a certain amount of high speed data a month but I'm being cut short by AT&T.
Do phone companies really think their customers won't realize how they're being cheated at some point....give humans some credit, we do have the most developed brain of any other creature on the planet.
This is not acceptable! I don't know if I want drop a lawsuit, the company or both. To make matters even worst, they don't want to hear from pre-paying customers, which is the reason I'm dropping a clue for them in the forums.

Usually doesn't really matter. What matters is what you get and what has been used. You didn't tell us those numbers.
What does your device say you used this period in the settings?
I'm not sure I understand, 750 and 250 whats-its?

Do you actually ever have roll over? Your post include extraneous bill information, but nothing about the roll over data.
My phone says I used _______ gigs
ATT says I used _______gigs
