Activating my new sim in my phone

Called activation code for plan I want got message shut phone off wait ten min message will follow an a new number was included did this and nothing tried to log into my att app with number and last 4 dig of new num won't work what do I do next?

  • is your device AT&T branded or manufacturer unlocked
  • do you have postpaid wireless service or prepaid
  • is this for a new line of service or existing line

Ok got it activated by calling 611 but now i have calling and tex but no data ive powered the device off for ten min reset network settings still no data

43146 40 dollar plan 15 gig data samsung international unlocked everything works but data get log into network message I've reset network done about everything even called att no luck there I can put my sim in another phone data works I have a Samsung tab a bran new

We see that coverage in your area is currently normal. You mentioned 'Samsung international.' Is this a phone you purchased overseas? If this is not an AT&T-branded device, you may need to program the device APN settings manually.
