Activating a Prepaid ESIM in Canada
I ordered an prepaid esim but I will be in Canada for the next few months. When trying to activate the esim in Canada, I am not getting any service.
Am I experiencing issues because I am in Canada? Or is this something separate?
I have attempted to call customer service but keep being redirected in a circle because my number can’t be found in the system.

You need to be in the US in range of the ATT network to activate.

Thanks for your feedback on this! However, I was finally able to reach a customer service representative and they were able to assist me in activating the plan in Canada.
