Activated SIM card for new GoPhone account but will not let me login with temporary password??

Can anyone help me with this problem? I installed a new SIM card for a GoPhone account. Everything went smoothly until I had to login to Manage My Account and add a payment. My temporary password would not allow me to login to the account, and now it says I have to wait an hour to login again?
