ACP Help

I tried to apply on the AT&T page but when I hit submit it says oops something went wrong. Is there another way to apply?

Hi BBooker45. There is another way to enroll for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Allow us to assist.

 

Here's more info about the self-service webform. You can try the following:

Also, as detailed under "How do I apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program benefit?" at AT&T Affordable Connectivity Program:

  • "The easiest way to apply is to go to the government's National Verifier. AT&T does not determine eligibility." 
    • To help speed up your enrollment, be sure to save your Application ID from the federal government’s National Verifier.

Once you are approved, call AT&T at 866.595.0604 to enroll with your National Verifier application ID. The ACP benefit will appear on the next billing cycle after the benefit is applied to the customer’s AT&T account.
