Account filling issue

i have been trying to refill my phone, but each time it says its checking my account it fails. i have tried calling all the numbers for technical support but all i end up geting the same machine 5 times in a row with no help on its part. and even tried adding online but it continued to say there was a problem or "error We seem to be experiencing system issues, please call 611 or 800-901-9878 for further assistance."
what should i do?
