Account expiration just days after renewing it

I am currently on the $45 ($40 with auto pay) GoPhone plan. I had just renewed my $45 plan on July 12. However, today on the 14 July 2017, my account says that my plan expired on 13 July 2017. During this time I had sent a message to my mom who is currently in India using an Indian mobile services. I figured that this might have been the problem. My current account balance is $ 44.75 currently, and I just added a $10 add on (i figured that was the problem). Why is this happening? Who can I contact further for this incident? When I am under the $45 plan, does my account balance need to be $45 throughout the month until the day the plan is supposed to expire?
