Account Cancelled

My prepaid account was cancelled in the evening of May 3rd. I have a prepaid account I pay yearly and have about 6 months left on it. Customer service keeps telling me, my account was cancelled because I have a Lg phone. I continue to let them know their system is wrong and I do not have a Lg phone, I have a galaxy S20 ultra. I went to the local att store yesterday. They went through the same issue when they talked to customer service. The folks at the att store also informed me that this was a nation wide issue and for whatever reason most of the prepaid customers were listed in the att system as having Lg phones and had their accounts cancelled. i am trying to simply get my phone # back and service restarted. Does anyone have any suggestions
