Access Prepaid account ( www.paygonline.com.)

I have been trying to access my Prepaid (GoPhone) account for several weeks now, and once I click to access/manage "prepaid", it brings me to the "can't access page".  Is anyone else having this same issue???

Hi hedylion5, thank you for trying all the given steps.

At this time it's a known issue, and we're working diligently to get this resolved.

If you're trying to make a payment you can use our automated phone service to pay by phone:

  1. Call 611 from your AT&T Prepaid phone or call 800-901-9878 from another phone.
  2. Say Payment at the main menu.
  3. Select Make a payment.
  4. Choose either debit card, credit card, or refill card. You can’t make a payment with a checking account when calling 611.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. For an AT&T Prepaid card, you'll enter the Prepaid PIN from the back of the card or from the PIN receipt.

Let us know if this helps. Reach back out to us if you have any other questions.

Are you trying to access this inside or outside the United States?

Do you still have active service with AT&t?

If you don't have active service and you are trying to log in using your 10-digit phone number, the alphanumeric password, and your PIN code -  are getting account not found or account deactivated?

I can access my AT&T account, however, when I want to then manage my prepaid account (that brings me to "paygoonline.com", it keeps showing me "Hmmm… can't reach this page".  It doesn't matter if I try to access it from computer, or phone, and even when I try to access that site directly, instead of through AT&T, it shows the same "hmmm message"..... which I am now saying to myself everytime it pops up "hmmmm".  lol

Hello, @hedylion5. Thank you for making us aware of this error you are receiving when you log into Pay Go. We know how important it is to be able to manage and view your account.

There is some maintenence being done on the Pay Go website. Please allow 48 hours for the website to complete its updates. If after 48 hours you are still receiving the same errorr, reach back out to us and we would be happy to investigate and troubleshoot this with you!

Thank you for using AT&T Commmunity Forums!

"Hmmm… can't reach this page" is an Edge error saying that it can't open a connection to the server at the IP address indicated by the DNS name translation.  That might mean a bad DNS entry somewhere for www.paygonline.com, a bad routing entry somewhere for the IP you get when you translate it to an IP address, or a deliberate block of your IP (or a group of IPs that you're in) by the remote network.  So, what is a typical IP address you get when you "tracert www.paygonline.com"  ? What does the traceroute look like?

Also, one should always be careful with that URL.  The URL in the title is correct.  The one in your last reply is not (too many "o"s).  There are an incredible number of DNS entries for misspellings for that URL that will take you all sorts of places.  One redirected me to Samsung.  One to an obvious squatting page.  One had a bad certificate.

ATTHELP thank you for your reply, however, I haven't been able to access paygonline.com for several weeks now, not just today.  :-(

It has been bad for me for several weeks.  Some times, it doesn't even work when accessing through the phone's cellular connection.

A couple minutes ago, it had DNS failures when using my cable internet service.  But worked when I hotspotted through my cellular connection.   So seems to be DNS errors.

And I am within the US.
