611 complaint/question

I live in a state with a stay at home order in place and have spent a total of more than an hour combined waiting for a representative on 611. Is there any way to schedule a call back or get my account straitened out and my issue resolved through online chat?

Charged twice for one month of service and want a plan upgrade, credit, or refund.

Sorry, no, there is no way to schedule a call back and unless they are now allowing it, prepaid does not get chat support. If you were charged twice, you should just have a positive account balance that you can use to renew next month. Plan changes you do yourself online.
