3rd and 12th months free
November 28, 2017 ; I got a AT&T prepaid phone and $65 monthly plan. The AT&T employee said the only way to get the 3rd and 12th month free was to enroll into auto pay. I asked him if he can go ahead and enroll me while I activated my phone. After paying for my phone, plan, and phone case, I left happily thinking I was already enrolled for auto pay. Well turns out, your employee failed to inform me that he either wasn't successful in enrolling me or that he messed up since my bill didn't not get paid until today and I got screwed out of my two months free. What can be done about this?
