Unable to verify acct on Max

Trying to login to Max, which is included in my plan but I keep getting the message that it is unable to verify acct.

@Prlcosper1  If you were getting the Ad-free, 4k HDR/Atmos level before, Max is not accepting the AT&T creds anymore because you will have to re-subscribe to Max for the Ultimate tier, and pay for it. Now that Max is no longer part of AT&T it appears that they have chosen not to offer at least the Ultimate tier free to AT&T anymore.
