unable to access HBOMAX

I have encountered an issue where I am unable to access HBOMAX, despite being an unlimited plus customer. I have spoken to three different agents regarding this matter, and each of them has assured me that I should still have access to HBO. However, HBO's records do not reflect this. Despite my best efforts, the agents have been unable to resolve the issue. I am now seeking advice from anyone who has successfully resolved a similar problem.
