Received a text saying I have access to HBO MAX, but can't seem to log in?

I received a text message saying my unlimited plan gives me access to HBO Max. Whenever I try to log in I keep getting a "It looks like your AT&T subscription does not include HBO Max. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact your provider." error. I was planning on trying to contact AT&T, but I'm having trouble.

I'm curious if I really do have HBO Max included in my plan, though, or if they were trying to get me to use their HBO Max 30-day promo code. My plan in the AT&T Unlimited Choice II One Line. Can anyone let me know if I really do have this through my plan before I call support?

Good afternoon @slbarkley,

We appreciate your patience! We'll be happy to get you access and streaming on HBO MAX.

The service is included in your wireless plan, there is just an additional step to activate it. On this page, please click the first "Show More" hyperlink and follow the prompts specifically for your wireless plan under "If you have other select AT&T unlimited plans."

Let us know if that helps!
