Payments not going through
My auto pay keeps pulling my payment and then saying it's canceled, but the payment is never returned and my bill is continuously saying overdue balance and that balance is only going up even though I have paid and have bank statements to prove it what do I do...

Call Customer Service. Even if you add a new card per their instructions via the website (which they will continually try to get you to go to) it will not work.
