My List is gone from HBO Max

My Android HBO Now app was upgraded to HBO Max and now My List is completely empty. I have been an HBO customer for a number of years and had an extensive library of series and movies saved in My List. I will now have to do the best I can and spend hours trying to recreate My List in HBO Max.

Sadly this is the typical level of service you can expect from AT&T. They rarely think about the user/customer and impacts directly to them when they make any type of changes; product, billing processes, web site navigation, etc. A proactive communication or notification letting everyone know who moves from HBO Now to HBO Max they would be losing this feature would have been nice but that is not the AT&T way. They certainly were not bashful with me on the volume of marketing emails I received regarding HBO Max

I went through this with AT&T when they purchased Direct TV a few years ago and I anticipated a significant decline in the Direct TV product and that certainly came true. Fortunately I got out, cut the cord and moved to streaming (non-ATT solutions) well in advance of the ATT influence/culture permeating the Direct TV product

Unfortunately, in all likelihood, this will occur again with the well respected HBO brand and services.

Not sure what I can add other than the obvious...don't wipe out something I took several years to create

Jtgostars13 I know your post was 4.yeata ago but I feel and relate with your frustration and ATT is supposed to be BEST! (?) And with this new Max app I've been calling and emailing trying to find out a way to bring My List up on top instead of having to scroll and scroll WAY down through countless rows of crap before you get to it. And also, I'm SO sick and tired of opening app to BARBIE all up in my face as some recommendation for me, which is something I would NEVER watch nor want to even! And they have no "Not Interested" setting to click. So I'm just stuck with Barbie as a recommendation, I guess, and My List way down at the bottom of everything.

@Merrill92106  AT&T doesn't own Max. WBD does so any changes or issues need to be addressed to them because AT&T has no control over Max, and hasn't for almost a year now.

Hey @jtgostars13,

We can understand your concern. In order to help your case, please start searching movies and series in other genres so that the algorithm picks it up and stops recommending "BARBIE".

Please reach out to us for any further assistance.
