Max not working
I can't login to my HBO anymore. It says it can't verify subscription. I haven't changed my plan at all so should still have access to HBO. Please help me fix this. Thanks, Tiffany Roberts

We understand your frustration with not being able to verify your Max subscription, Jimmiejohnson481.
Our first recommendation would be to delete the Max app from your device for a few minutes. Then try reinstalling the app.
Our second recommendation would be to use this resource to sign onto your Max account.
Here's how to sign in on your phone or tablet:
Already signed in? Choose your profile (upper right) and then Sign Out.
Need help? Go to Troubleshooting.
Note: Your HBO Max profiles, watch history, and settings are available in Max.
