Max Can’t Verify Subscription
It looks like you don’t have access to Max through this provider.
If you think this is a mistake, please contact your provider directly. You can also try connecting through another provider.
Clearly, this is an error. When I asked Max why I am getting the error, they state it is because AT&T shows my subscription is expired. I have done all of the expired notes that have been on the forum. Sign out of all devices, done. Click on 'start watching now' and sign in with provider, done. It still doesn't work. Please help me, as this is a nuisance and I would like to be able to watch through the provider.

In the meantime, please verify you are on the correct wireless plan which includes Max on our Max FAQ article. You may also have to disable the Apple single sign on (SSO) then open the HBO Max app again. Be sure to scroll down for steps on how to deactivate SSO.
