I can’t link my HBO Max account with my AT&T account
I’ve been trying to link my HBO Max account with my AT&T account for the past few days and I’ve been getting an every single time. Could you please help me fix this?

There are two ways to login into HBO Max account,
What device are you using to login into your HBO Max account? The reason I ask is that there are different steps to login depending on the device.
If you are using your Mobile device here are step by step instructions to link your HBO Max subscription using AT&T account:
If you're already signed in, tap the Settings icon (upper-left), then scroll down and choose Sign Out.
If you have an existing HBO Max or HBO NOW account with the same email address, you'll have the option to:
Choose this option to link the account that we found to your HBO Max subscription through your TV, internet, or mobile provider. After choosing this option, check your inbox for an email from HBO Max with a one-time code (the subject line is 'Here's Your One-Time Code'). Then, enter the code from the email and choose Link Accounts. If you don't get this email, see Didn't get the email?
