HBOMax AT&T login link taking me to DirecTV login

We are trying to sign in to HBOMax on the Roku. We select "Sign in with Provider", then click on AT&T because we have Uverse. However, the AT&T link takes us to a DirecTV sign in page, and our Uverse login credentials don't work.

I am also having this issue. I can’t login on any device: desktop, Apple TV, iPhone, etc. @ATTHelp  can you please assist me too? I would super appreciate it. My HBOMAX account is not showing in the tile. The sign out of all devices is not available on the AT&T website for me. My account is not showing HBOMAX at all. I know that I am an eligible. I believe that my token needs to be reset like someone else mentioned earlier. Please help.

Hello @ATTHelp can you please help me as well? Whenever I log into the AT&T website, it does not give me the option, nor does it show my HBO Max account in the tile or in the profile. I cannot log into HBO Max from any of my devices. When I log into HBO Max from the HBO max website and appears that I do not have an active subscription. I know that my account is eligible for HBO Max as I have had access to it since I’ve had my unlimited data plan. I believe that my token needs to be reset as someone mentioned earlier in this thread, please help.

I am an AT&T Customer and 2 weeks later, I still cannot activate my HBO Max that comes with my unlimited wireless plan.  Will someone at AT&T Support help?  I already spent an hour on chat with support, they were unable to help and said they would open a new case.  Instead, they closed my case and I never heard anything more.
