HBO MAX
I have an AT&T elite plan and I use to have directv. I use to log into HBO Max with my Directv login and now that I've cancelled Directv I cannot log in with my AT&T wireless account. My username is [email scrubbed]

if you are still having this problem and ATT support couldn't resolve it here's a tip that worked for me: USE A DIFFERENT BROWSER! The Account Overview section, which is the section you see above the fold after you log in was only showing 3 tiles. I assumed that there were probably more considering that all help and directions I've found online keep mentioning these tiles. That lead me to believe that my browser (safari) was not showing me all the tiles. I opened chrome and boom, there was a SHOW MORE button that expands more tiles. For some reason, that wasn't showing up on safari. So try a different browser or try clearing your cache in safari or something. Hope this helps.
