HBO Max Subscription Has Expired

Hi, I've been having this issued for over 2 months now. On my account it states that HBO Max Subscription through AT&T has expired. I signed up with the unlimited plan Sept 2nd and the rep told me, there's no expiration date on the subscription. When I click on a movie an option of "choose a plan or restore purchase." I've tried both option and nothing seems to work. Is there a contact number I can call to have them fix the issue?

There's a third option. Also try to sign into your att online account first and use the same user id and password for hbo max

Yeah I have tried that option and I keep getting a "Can't Connect. We're having issues connecting to HBO Max right now. Please try again." I have tried that option at least 10 time and it's still the same message.

-try redownloading the app

-try different devices

-if you're able to sign into your att account you should be able to sign into the hbo app otherwise the problem is with the app not at&t
