HBO Max not working

Been using HBO Max through AT&T for years through my phone plan but recently we also switched to AT&T wifi and ever since, our HBO Max has no longer worked. Everytime I attempt to log in and select AT&T as my provider, I receive a message that says "Can't Verify Your Subscription." I've tried logging out of devices and logging in but that hasn't resolved anything. Not sure what to do here.

Hello, @Rohan3578. Thank you for making us aware of this situation regarding your HBO Max log in not working when you select AT&T as the provider. We can help!

So just to clarify, you have AT&T wireless which gives you access to HBO Max, but you recently added AT&T Internet as well? At this time, were there any other changes made to your account?

One step you can do, is try to reset you AT&T log in password? This may help you regain access to your HBO Max account.

If this doesn't work, please reach back out to us, and we can continue to troubleshoot further! We look forward to hearing back from you!

Hi Rohan3578, let's help you troubleshoot your ''can't verify subscription'' error message!

First, please sign in to your myAT&T account to make sure you are still on an eligible plan that is provisioned with HBO Max. You can also learn how to sign in and stream HBO Max on the link provided.

After verifying your plan, make sure you are using the correct AT&T user ID, from an account that includes the qualifying AT&T service, with HBO Max.

Next, log out completely from the HBO Max app. Reinstall the app if applicablre, and log back in with the Sign in with a Provider option. If this does not help, get more help at the HBO Max help center

We are here if you need additional help!

Same issue. Had HBO MAX for a long time and it is included on our plan. Followed the steps above and max can't verify the subscription. It seems the problem is on AT&Ts end, like they just turned it off because they no longer offer that.

I also constantly have this issue. About every 3 times I use this app I have to try logging in about 10 times before it finally lets me in.
