HBO MAX expired
Under settings on HBO Max it says: Your HBO Max subscription through AT&T has expired. I have logged out of all devices from the HBO setting page, cleared caches and browsers, and I still don't have access to AT&T when I should. The AT&T store said they would fix it after trying in store for an hour. Said it would take up to 48 hours, but it still isn't working.
What do I need to do to watch HBO again?

Hi jenij2002, we are here to help you get logged back in to HBO Max!
Thank you for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you have already attempted. First let's make sure you have an eligible plan that is provisioned with HBO Max.
You can also view your current plan by logging into your myAT&T account, please keep in mind that if you change from the retired eligible plans that are provisioned with HBO Max, you may lose your HBO Max as our new plans do not have HBO Max.
Here are other troubleshooting steps that may help, according to the error message you are receiving:
1. Go to your myAT&T account overview via the web (not on myAT&T app). Look for the Activate HBO Max or Start Watching till.
2. Ensure that you are using the correct AT&T User ID and password from an account that includes the qualifying AT&T service, with HBO Max. You may need to reset your AT&T password.
If this doesn't help, let us know what plan you currently have and we'll pull you in to private, and continue with the escalation of your case.
We appreciate you visiting the AT&T Community Forums, keep us posted!

i'm having the same problem. 4-5 hours on with At&T and nothing. no one seems to be able or want to help me. I've been hung up on 3 or 4 times now when they can't fix what it is.
