HBO MAX CARE CODE: 205.4
No matter what i have done, I am still getting to CARE CODE: 205.4 when I try to log in through my TV Provider on HBO Max. I’ve looked at all the different posts and FAQs that I can find. I’ve changed my password. I’ve tried 2 different user IDs. I’ve tried to sign in through the portal on my AT&T account that says that I can get access to HBO Max. I’ve tried different devices and browsers. I’ve cleared my cache on both browsers and devices. I don’t know what else to do at this point.

i have an unlimited elite wireless plan. i don’t have more than 1 service. i have not moved or made changes since 5/2021. this is the first time i am trying to log onto HBO Max w the TV Provider.
