HBO Max Can't Verify Subscription
I can't sign into HBO Max with my ATT account. It's worked for a while (as recently as 24 hours ago) and then suddenly stopped. I've used the various troubleshooting tips of signing out and then back in, but no dice. There are so many people with this same issue, how could this still be a problem. Please help!

Thank you for letting us know that you've already tried troubleshooting. We'd like a little more information about this, just to confirm your eligibility.
What service do you have HBO Max with: U-verse, Internet, or Wireless? Let us know the plan you have, along with when you signed up for it, as HBO Max is only included with certain plans and sometimes only within certain date ranges as well.
Once we have confirmation of your eligibility, we'll be able to look into this further in a DM to go over our options.

I have AT&T Unlimited Plus, which is listed here as eligible: Stream HBO Max With Some AT&T Unlimited Plans - AT&T Wireless Customer Support (att.com) .

I DMed as instructed with Jeff, the ATT Community specialist. He was going to do some research and get back and never did. Jeff if you or someone else from support is out there, I'm still not able to use my ATT account to acccess HBO Max. Please help.
