HBO max can’t verify subscription
Have not been able to sign into my HBO max account through AT&T in about a month. Says can’t verify subscription. Spoke to customer service and they said it would take 24 hours and someone would reach out and they never did. Really disappointed in the service I have received.

@ATTHelp I am running into the same issue as @wassonasan and they said they created a ticket for me to escalate the problem, but I haven't heard or gotten an email as well.

I have the same issue, but different.
My family is on the same unlimited plan. Some of us can use HBOMax. I cannot. Not sure what the common denominator is - I thought it was maybe just Macs and iPhones that could use it, because my iPhone and old MacBook Pro work, my PC computers do not; and my mom's MacBook Air works while her PC does not. My sister's MacBook Pro does not work however, so I'm really not sure what is going on.

Same issue here:
I have an ATT Unlimited & More Premium account, which includes HBO Max according to https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1261921/
I see that the original ATT reply in this thread says it's not longer included with unlimited plans after 6/6, but the link says it is and is timestamped as updated 6/10. That doesn't seem to align.
When I try to log into HBO using ATT credentials, I am told that it "can't verify subscription and that I need to activate at att.com/myatt However, when I go there, there's no option for this. Can you please provide some guidance?

Any updates on this issue? I have the same issue and can’t get a rep on the phone that knows what to do. I am successfully logged in on both of my Roku devices, but when trying to login on new phone or website I get the “can’t verify…” error message. Makes zero sense.
