Care Code 205.4
I can no longer log into any streaming services that I am supposed to have access to through my DirecTV subscription. When I enter the login information (which is confirmed correct) I get the message:
"Hmm… that isn’t the ID you use for this service. Try signing in with another ID.
CARE CODE: 205.4"
I have now gotten this error multiple times across multiple different apps or websites. I can no longer access the services that are being paid for. I require help.
Putting this in HBO Max because "TV Forum" doesn't include DirecTV for whatever reason.
