Can't verify account for Max

Ever since I've changed to Max can't verify account I tried every solution work to find when wasHBO Max

We want to help you to verify and sign in your Max account, robertmcclean!

 

Let’s meet in a Direct Message to look into why you are unable to verify your Max account. Please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums) and reply back. 

 

Once you are there we can continue with this over the phone or in chat if you'd prefer. 

 

In the meantime, make sure you are signing in with the Max app, you may have to reinstall the app to get the latest version of the app.

 

If you’re signing in for the first time, select Connect to Provider and choose AT&T. Then, sign in with the AT&T user ID and password for the AT&T service that gives you access to Max. Don’t worry, if you enter the ID for the wrong service, we’ll email you a hint.

Helpful tips

  • Have an Apple device with Apple single sign-on (SSO)? If so and you see:
  • Can’t Verify Your Subscription, you may have to disable Apple single sign on (SSO) and then open the HBO Max app. Be sure to scroll down for steps on how to deactivate SSO.
  • Unhandled Exception, select Cancel and try again.
  • Having password trouble? Change or reset your AT&T password
