Cant Log into HBO MAX

I just found out I get MAX free with my cell service but no matter how I try to access it I can't log into it.

  1. Are you receiving an error codes when you try to log into Max? This will help us determine what is interfering with your logging into the platform.
  2. Are you using your wireless account sign in credentials to log in? This will help us determine if you are using the correct sign in info.

Using wireless login and it tells me it can't find my under the provider I selected.

1. Did you ever activate HBO Max?

2. What plan do you have for the Max service?

 

Try going to Max.com/provider to get signed in. Also, review these following websites HELP.MAX.COM and www.MaxResources.com.

I have the unlimited choice 2 mobile plan. I had HBO Max a little over a year ago when I had DirecTV the lost it when I turned off my DirecTV. I have used that link a couple of times choosing AT&T as my provider and it doesn't work
