Can not log into HBO Max with my AT&T log in
I have the internet 1000 which was confirmed multiple times by various AT&T representatives includes HBO Max. However I have tried everything and everytime it states can not verify subscription. I do not need a screen shot or copy from HBO help as so many times that has been posted before in the help section. I have tried all that. I have logged into my HBO account and tried. I have logged out and then retried with sign in with provider. Same outcome every way. Why will this not work?? I did not have this issue with my Xfinity internet which included HBO.

Let's help get your HBO Max subscription verified, @Dmbkmb!
To ensure that we give you the most accurate assistance, we'll need to know a couple of things:
If you're able to locate the HBO max section in your account, please try clicking the tile to activate your subscription if you haven't already.
We look forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks for the response. We do have multiple AT&T services. Wireless and internet. They do have separate emails/IDs associated with them but are bundled/linked together. My hbo account did have a separate email associated with it. I changed my hbo account to the same ID as my AT&T internet service account.
I do not see HBO Max anywhere under my account summary. That’s why I called to verified it with an AT&T escalation team member. Twice. Both times they confirmed it was included in the fiber 1000 plan.

Thanks for sharing that information with us @Dmbkmb.
Have you made any changes to your account such as an address change or a change to what internet plan you have? Changing the address of what speeds you're receiving can cause your HBO Max account to expire.
We look forward to hearing from you.

We have not made any changes except for changing internet providers. We switched from xfinity, which included HBO max, to AT&T fiber 1000, which also is supposed to include HBO Max.

WHEN did you sign up for Internet1000? Was it AFTER 6/5/22?

@skeeterintexas Yes. It was in August but it was special through Costco not AT&T. Like i stated previously, everyone at AT&T that looks up the account verifies it includes HBO Max. But it is not showing up under the account summary or allowing me to log in. At this point, its only like $100 a year. Not really worth the headache

Costco cannot give you something AT&T does not offer....sorry.
I don't know how "everyone at AT&T" can verify something that is NOT offered or available.
Bottom line (as stated on the AT&T website): This promotion ended for AT&T Fiber on June 5, 2022.
Do you have AT&T WIRELESS (cellphone) service? HBOMax is included with the following wireless plans:
Eligible unlimited plans

@skeeterintexas Well apparently they do. Every escalation department AT&T agent Ive spoken with says that. Costco can run their own promotions to include certain perks not offered on the AT&T website. The ATT Agents and the technician that installed the fiber stated that it comes with HBO. I dont know. Like I said before. At this point is isn’t really a big deal. Not for $100 a year. LOL
Yes I have ATT wireless. Have had them for well over 15 years.
