There may have been a system error that disenrolled you from your Autopay. We recommend you re-enroll for autopay and monitor your account for the next billing cycle to see if this is resolved. If not, then feel free to reach back to us, so we can manually re-enroll you from our end.

I have been dealing with this for 17 months, and no resolution after 11 phone calls and multiple cases submitted. Good luck!

I have had a similar issue repeatedly for about a year. I was dropped from autopay for no reason. Re-enroll, but it takes two billing cycles to take effect. At the second billing cycle it works! Then I get dropped from autopay again. I have repeated this cycle 4 times over the last year. Each time having to deal with late fees and hours long conversations with AT&T representatives. Last time, I transferred up to three different people to be told after 2.5 hours that a ticket was raised and "I would hear back from them soon either way". I never hear back. At this point I'm over it. Going back to Verizon.
