AT&T/HBO MAX FAILURE

Unlimited Elite wireless plan listed as HBO max included; however, I am unable to log in following any of the instructions. I keep getting the same message with different error codes. AT&T will only answer my calls after long wait times and I've been hung up on twice trying to resolve this issue. I can't call again. I'm sick of not being able to hear the other person on the line and them just hanging up on me after putting me on hold with no callback/ extention numbers when disconnected. This is incredibly frustrating. If the service is unavailable to this plan then they need to change the advertisements, and what is listed on my account. Also stop texting and telling me this service is included when it clearly is not. Just say you can't if you can't AT&T, stop pretending to give us more when you are not.
