Activate HBO max
My AT&T plan says that I should have HBO max. I also spoke to an employee at the beginning of the summer and was told that my plan had it as a feature. I was told to login to the HBO app and use my AT&T login information. I have been trying to get this figured out for almost 3 months. No one at AT&T or HBO can help me. I can’t get anyone locally from an AT&T office to return my call with the resolution, all they say is that it should be available and that they’ll get back to me. I’ve spent literal hours on the phone back-and-forth with AT&T and HBO Max. They both keep saying that I need to click an activation icon that is not available in my AT&T profile. It’s extremely frustrating because we upgraded our plan and added a line for this exact feature and now we haven’t been able to utilize it.

Hi EVega, we're here to help get HBO Max activated.
Make sure to sign in to the AT&T app to verify that you are subscribed to an eligible wireless plan:
HBO Max stopped being offered to new customers as of June 6th of this year. If there has been any changes to your account such as suspensions, cancellations, or downgrades then you will lose access to HBO Max.
If you have multiple AT&T services and AT&T User IDS this may cause an error in verifying your account, as you'll need to sign in with the wireless ID associated with HBO Max. (ID USED TO CREATE).
Let us know if this information helps, and thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums

Not helpful. I'm eligible - DO have multiple IDs - because of DirecTv. Can barely signin to anything anyway, because the multiple IDs are such a nuisance. How do I work around them? WHAT's the solution -- please don't just restate the problem! Thanks!!
