Unexpectedly-terminated HBO Max subscription (included w/ Fiber 1000)
I signed up for the Fiber Internet 1000 plan in Dec 2021, and had setup, accessed, and been enjoying the (included) HBO Max subscription for nearly a year. Then suddenly in November 2022, HBO no longer had any knowledge of my HBO Max subscription and thinks it's expired. My AT&T Fiber plan documentation however (via bills, website etc) still says it includes HBO Max. I have played ping pong between AT&T Help and HBO Max Help now ~4 times, and they have both individually exhausted their CSR's 'Troubleshooting' guide (the same basic steps I can see in all the AT&T FAQ pages). After all of that, ultimately neither company seems to know what should be done and they both keep suggesting that I call the other one to figure it out.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and if so how did you get it resolved? Who helped you?

I have similar issues with HBO Max which was part of my Unlimited Plus Plan but it stopped working a couple weeks ago. After changing my Wireless account user and password with support and countless log in's and out's I was issued a trouble ticket. I still can't access HBO Max.
