Max (HBO Max) 4K Content
Max has moved from a 2-Tier subscription pricing model to a 3-Tier one where the subscription we get from AT&T is no longer the top-level subscription and we don't get 4K content any longer. We now have an "Ad-Free" subscription, but to get 4K content requires an "Ultimate" subscription, which costs $4 per month more. I would be willing to pay the extra cost, but Max does not offer an option to pay the differential and instead refers me back to AT&T for any subscription changes. Does AT&T have any plans to allow us to get an "Ultimate" level Max subscription?

We’re in the same boat. My guess is there are likely many thousands more of us with the same question. Until WBD gives us that option, they’re leaving easy revenue on the table.

How disappointing that on such a crucial day the chat icon referenced by @ATTHelp has been removed from this web page.

@WLA_customer, We want to help you get into a DM.
Please look for a message box icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Our DM conversation can be found there, and there should be a red dot on the icon indicating that you have a DM.
We hope this helps you find a conversation.

@WLA_customer There is no chat icon. The DM icon is the message/dialog icon to the left of the bell icon. If AT&T sends you a DM, there will be a red flashing dot on the message/dialog.
