how can I get charged for something I didn't authorize?

I got billed for HBO/MAX channels but I never asked for those stations. I guess there was a promo, we had it for a week, then didn't have it for a couple of days and then we had them again. Now I am getting billed for it when I never approved it! I called and he said I would have to pay for it because it was a promo. I said even tho I never authorized this? And he did not respond. I told him to cancel all my movie stations.

HBOMAX is a new streaming service, there are no channels. You appear to be talking about HBO and Cinemax on whatever TV service you have, likely Directv or UVerse. In any event, this is the wrong forum.
